ZILDJIAN Avedis 11" E. Thin pre Trans Stamp, 1930s/40s.

Rare and beautiful Zildjian cymbal! 11.25" approx., 268 grams. Age-related patina and some oxidation spots, but no structural defects or damage.

The logo should be a Pre Trans Stamp and indicates the period from 1929 to the 40s. A very light cymbal that today we would call a splash, but at the time, as the still visible ink stamp tells us, it was identified as an Ex. Thin.

It has a very beautiful timbre, warm, soft and responsive. It is advisable to play it with great respect, because it is truly delicate, a museum piece!
