RV DRUMS Maple Jazz Set.

New drum kit, made December 2024; 18"x14", 12"x8", 14"x14", snare 14"x5.5".

This jewel is born from the four-handed work of two very expert craftsmen, Roberto Villani and Carlo Goberti. 9 ply maple shell with Bird's Eye Maple outer ply that the Maestro Carlo Goberti has jealously preserved for more than twenty years; it deserved to be used for such a drum kit!

Brass hardware, Gretsch-style lugs and bass drum brackets, 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops, very stable and reliable tom mount and bass drum legs. The usual protections between the lugs and the shells were not placed due to a precise choice of the two manufacturers, but they are available upon request.

A handcrafted set built with extreme care, with a full, defined and full-bodied tone. An instrument designed for Jazz, but with a change of heads and an adequate intonation it can tackle different musical styles.
