IBANEZ Artstar AS 120, used.

Used hollow-body guitar, in excellent condition, including its original hard case.

The AS 120 is part of the Artist series, introduced by Ibanez in 1995. South Korean production, initially produced by Samick (with serial numbers starting with the letter S), and subsequently by Cort (serial numbers starting with the letter C, or even without any letter).

The one in our possession dates back to the first production.

Double cutaway semi-hollow body with maple top, sides and back, center block and “F” soundholes, triple binding, mother-of-pearl and abalone inserts on the fingerboard. Set-in maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets. The pick ups are the Super 50, produced by Ibanez, volume and tone controls for each pick up and a three-position selector. The bridge is a classic Tune-o-Matic. The metal parts have lost much of their gold plating.

Beautiful guitar, extremely refined, suitable for Blues, Fusion, Jazz genres. The AS 120 went out of production around 2003.
