Here is a really nice and rare snare drum, produced in limited quantities in the early 2000s.
Very thin 14"x6" maple shell, ten "tube" lugs, 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops, Trick snare strainer and Puresound tailpiece. The gorgeous exterior finish is made of Abalone, the use of which has been – rightly – banned for some time.
C&C was founded over 20 years ago by Bill Cardwell, a highly experienced vintage collector who creates instruments with an unmistakable and fascinating character.
This snare drum has an excellent sound, suitable for any musical style: defined, present, full-bodied, dynamic. Rare and wonderful!
