The Onyks series features cymbals with a dark, raw, unlathed finish on the top, while the bottom shows a classic lathingr except under the bell. The hammering is very dense.
This cymbal has a very dark and enveloping tone, with a defined ping and a pleasant and measured halo of harmonics. A warm sounding cymbal. Quite versatile even if designed for Jazz.
